Tracey Johnson is a cheesemaking teacher with 9 years’ experience. Tracey runs the largest home cheesemaking group in the world ‘Learn to Make Cheese’ on Facebook. She has graduated from cheese and safety programs at the University of Vermont and North Carolina State, Cheese State University – Wisconsin. And, she is currently studying at University of Guelphs prestigious Cheese and Dairy Science Program. Tracey is a level Two member of the Academy of Cheese and is studying for her fellowship. Also, she is studying to the American Cheese Society Chartered Cheese Professional accreditation. Tracey is the author of Cheese Please, and Cheese Log and she owns a dairy goat farm here in Prince George. She has taught over 1300 people in the last two years and has gathered all the tips and tricks used for great home cheesemaking – and will be teaching them to you.
