Tracey Johnson is a cheesemaking teacher with over 10 years’ experience. Tracey runs the largest home cheesemaking group in the world ‘Learn to Make Cheese’ on Facebook. She has graduated from cheese and safety programs at the University of Vermont and North Carolina State, Cheese State University – Wisconsin. And, she is a certified Cheese Maker from the University of Guelphs prestigious Cheese and Dairy Science Program. Tracey is a level Two member of the Academy of Cheese and is studying for her fellowship. Also, she is a American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional. Tracey is the author of Cheese Please, and Cheese Log and she owns a dairy goat farm here in Prince George. She has taught over 2000 people in the last three years and has gathered all the tips and tricks used for great home cheesemaking – and will be teaching them to you.
