Right: Our first attempt at building an operator car. Used on our work trains, the box under the seat provides room for track repair tools and equipment. The car has a steel tube frame with a wooden box frame for the seat.
Below: New improved design. Our second attempt at a control car is more visually pleasing. Used behind the CN 5000, it is comfortable and does not detract from the locomotive. It features all-steel design with adjustment for both the seat height and forward-back position.
